The Deal Evaluator module is used to rapidly structure draft deals during the process of sales negotiation. The module structures the deal which satisfies the client’s requirements (budget, CPRP and program preference) while ensuring profitability. The module takes into account historical ratings, ER and demand forecast while determining the value of the contracted inventory. It reduces response time by evaluating several deal combinations quickly, facilitates evaluation of various bundles and improves utilization of inventory. |
Why Deal Evaluator? |
Deal Evaluator considers millions of possible combinations of the programs and ad inventory to be contracted to suggest an initial distribution. The initial distribution may be modified based on the clients’ input in real-time. The application allows different public and internal rates to be used for programs. It also facilitates specifying minimum seconds to be allotted for a particular program. The user may choose different validity period for different clients, and also different historical data to determine expected revenue from the programs.
