DecisionCraft is looking for the best and the brightest people. People who are self-driven and enjoy solving problems intelligently make up the workforce at DecisionCraft. We have two career lines: Consulting and Information Technology.
Our consulting team comprises of people from diverse backgrounds, usually a MS/MBA in quantitatively intensive disciplines topped up with hands-on industry experience. We look for people who are willing to take initiative and handle leadership roles early in their careers. Working at DecisionCraft involves steep learning curves, adaptability to different business environments, working over multiple time zones and people management skills.
Our IT team works with our consulting team to implement a wide array of intelligent solutions. Team members usually have a post-graduate degree in Information Technology/Computer Science. Our IT team works on solutions for some of the most challenging business problems and not run-of-the-mill programming work.
